OBJECTIVES

To act as the sole organisation to represent Malaysia at the International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage (ICID)

To act as the liason body for ICID activities in Malaysia.

To act as the coordinating centre for individuals, organisations, institutions, other National Committees of ICID and International Organisations sharing common interests in the fields of irrigation, drainage and flood control.

To act as the information centre for publication and technical data on irrigation, drainage and flood control in Malaysia.

To stimulate and promote research and development of technology in the fields of irrigation, drainage, flood control and other related activities in Malaysia.
